C'mon Dallas. Let's keep The Trinity flowing!

Dallas voters are being asked to sign a petition to force a vote on relocating the Trinity Parkway.

That's a bad idea! Here's why:

  • Voters already approved the current plan and desperately need relief from traffic congestion at I-30 and I-35E.
  • Dallas voters want the Trinity Development Project to speed up, not come to a screeching halt.
  • Relocating the Trinity Parkway will add hundreds of millions of dollars in costs to the project, and place private homes and businesses in jeopardy from eminent domain proceedings.
  • Forcing a new vote on the Trinity Parkway will not only delay the best answer for relieving downtown traffic congestion, it could potentially kill the whole redevelopment project.

Spend some time finding out what public and elected officals have to say or what civic and business leaders have to say about the project and the petition. Read our resolutions of support and information about the Balanced Vision Plan and The Trinity Parkway.
